Clean and dry your nose thoroughly before application.

Remove the backing and position the strip across the bridge of your nose, just above the nostril flare.

Press firmly on each end and along the center for 30 seconds to secure.

Wear throughout the night and remove gently in the morning by lifting from each edge.
