This is my 2nd order for givmi nasal strips. Been using them every night to ensure I am able to breathe properly for both nostrils. Am able to sleep through the night on most days.
I don't it's product issue. It just didn't work for me. I didn't feel that instant reactions that I saw in the ads so that is a bit disappointing. It certainly didn't stop me from snoring. I recorded myself. I still sounded like a wounded or choked wild animal.
It does work to some extend. Still monitoring. Going to buy more.
I find that the black mini nasal strips is much comfortable and a better fit for my nose and my snoring has reduced.
There's a difference once you put it on. Wore it overnight. That's great. But personally, I can't wear it daily cause the adhesive is too strong and it hurts the skin when u about you pull it off. And the area kinda 'sore' after I wear it for 2 days (only before bedtime)
Bought for hubby to try and indeed his snoring has reduced significantly! He can feel the difference when putting the nasal strip on and helps in his sleep! Will re purchase again!
This mask is not exactly cheap but you get what you paid for. The strap is adjustable and comfortable. It also has an allround foam cushion that makes it very comfortable to wear. Back or side sleepers it will work fine. Used it for nearly 2 weeks now and will be getting it for wife and kid too. I think it does improve my sleep quality.

This fan is so powerful with different strength level from 20,40,60,80,100% and light and portable. Perfect if u are always on the go outside in our hot weather in SG. Great as a Xmas gift too!
