How do I adjust the height of the pillow to suit my needs?
Each GIVMI Pillow comes with a memory foam insert. To lower the height of the pillow, simply unzip the cover and remove the insert. Should you wish to put it back, unzip the cover and place the insert back in.
Is this pillow best for back, side or stomach sleepers?
The pillow is designed for back and side sleepers. The 2 sides of the pillow and the memory foam insert make it fully adjustable for your needs. Stomach sleepers can remove the foam insert to bring the height down, so it works for you too.
Will it flatten over time and lose its support?
No. To ensure a strong and supportive hold, our team visited our factory to fine-tune the density of the memory foam, giving it stronger support than many other pillows on the market.
