Order Processing Time

Orders are processed, picked, and packed within 3 business days before shipment. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive.

Order Modifications

To make changes to an order you've placed, check the order status. If the order has already been shipped, modifications cannot be made.

Return and Exchange Policy

At GIVMI, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and supporting photographs for a resolution.
